Why email
Chat apps wanted to replace email. Email won. It's still where the actual work shows up. The budget that needs fixing, the contract with a broken clause, the draft that needs one more pass.
We didn't want to build another tool you have to remember to open. We wanted a coworker you could CC.
A coworker forwarded a broken spreadsheet at 11pm and asked if we could just fix it.
That was the pitch. The next morning, the fixed file was ready. It was a simple idea worth turning into a product, and we've kept improving it ever since.
What we believe

Most email work doesn't need deep thinking.
It needs doing. Reply drafts, summaries, typo hunts, formula checks. The boring ninety percent. We want to handle all of it.

A tool you don't have to open is a good tool.
You already live in your inbox. PlsFixAI works where you are instead of asking you to adopt another app.
