• Account data: Email address and password (hashed) when you sign up
• Email content: Emails and attachments you send to your AI worker
• Usage data: Number of emails processed, timestamps, file types
• Payment data: Handled by Gumroad; we receive confirmation of subscription status but not full payment details

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide the PlsFixAI service (processing your emails and attachments)
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send service-related communications
• Improve our service and fix issues
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PlsFixAI:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• OpenAI: AI processing of your emails and documents
• Cloudflare: Hosting, CDN, and document conversion
• Resend: Email delivery
• Gumroad: Payment processing

These services have their own privacy policies. By using PlsFixAI, your data may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the service.

4. AI Processing

Your emails and attachments are sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. This is necessary to analyze and respond to your requests. We do not use your data to train AI models. Please do not send highly sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, medical records, or financial account numbers) through the service.

Important: AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before relying on them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Email content is stored temporarily to enable features like viewing your email history in the dashboard. Usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging and service improvement. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Object to certain processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

PlsFixAI is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (where our service providers operate). By using PlsFixAI, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
