Welcome to PlsFixAI. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About PlsFixAI

PlsFixAI is operated by PlsFixAI ("we", "us", "our"). For questions about these terms or our service, contact us at contact@plsfixai.com.

2. Service Description

PlsFixAI provides AI-powered email workers that process emails and attachments on your behalf. You send emails to your assigned worker address, and our AI analyzes, responds to, and fixes attached documents when possible.

Important: All responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You must review all AI outputs before relying on them.

3. Account Registration

To use PlsFixAI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PlsFixAI to:

• Send illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service
• Send malicious files, viruses, or attempt to compromise our systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Process highly sensitive data (government IDs, medical records, financial account numbers)

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PlsFixAI offers paid subscription plans with monthly email limits. Payments are processed by Gumroad. By subscribing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Gumroad, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly email allowance. Contact contact@plsfixai.com for refund requests.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial with limited emails. Trial accounts are limited to one per person. Abuse of free trials (such as creating multiple accounts) may result in account termination.

7. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a set number of emails per month. Unused emails do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your limit, additional emails will not be processed until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

8. File Processing

PlsFixAI processes attachments including PDFs, Excel files, Word documents, and other supported formats. We do not guarantee that all files can be processed or fixed successfully. File size limits apply based on your plan. We are not responsible for data loss—please keep backups of your original files.

9. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

Our AI does its best to understand and fulfill your requests, but it may make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or produce unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI responses and any modified documents before relying on them.

PlsFixAI is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional matters. Always consult qualified professionals for such advice.

10. Privacy and Data

We process your emails and attachments to provide the service. We do not sell your data. Emails and attachments are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) and are subject to their privacy policies. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you send to PlsFixAI. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service. AI-generated responses are provided for your use, but we make no guarantees about their originality or freedom from third-party rights.

The PlsFixAI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep PlsFixAI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@plsfixai.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

PlsFixAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlsFixAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlsFixAI and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PlsFixAI will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlsFixAI regarding your use of the service.
